Who can use Hire Apple?

Our Apple devices are available for rental to well-established companies and organisations only. We specialise in offering fully configured devices for schools, businesses, banks and event organisers.

Due to the high value nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide rental services to individuals or new businesses without a strong track record.

What sort of events are your services suitable for?

Hire Apple can provide high quality event equipment hire to support you at a wide range of events. For example:

  • Point of Sale (POS) system rental for events such as food stalls, festivals and markets
  • iPad rental for business conference delegates
  • Interactive, paperless meetings and conferences
  • Educational device rental for schools and university events

Which Apple devices do you have available?

We have an excellent selection of the latest Apple devices, including iPad hire for events, iMac hire and Macbook Pro hire, as well as some older models. Our Products page provides details of the exact devices which are available.

Are your services available in my area?

Our Apple devices are available to rent throughout the UK. We plan to launch our services throughout Europe within the next 12 months and the Middle East within 24 months.

I don’t know what I want. Can you guide me through the process?

Our expert advisors and exhibition designers will discuss your requirements and can advise on a suitable setup. This includes advice on which Apple devices will best meet your needs, software, hardware and internet connectivity.

Can you provide the software I need?

We can provide your Apple rentals fully setup and configured with all the software and apps you require. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements so that we can confirm that your specific software package is available.

Can you provide data installation services?

Yes, we can pre-install any data that you require. Our data service is available on all our iPad hire for events, including roaming SIMS.

Can you match other companies’ prices?

We’ll beat any genuine quote. If you have had a cheaper quote from another company, please get in touch.

Do you offer multi-event discounts such as discounts for ongoing business?

Yes, please contact us and we will be more than welcome to entertain discounts on repeat business.

OUR APPLE DEVICE RENTAL SERVICES

Is shipping included in the rental rate?

Yes, we include free shipping on all devices hired for 3 days or more.

What method of delivery is used to deliver the devices?

All our orders are dispatched via UPS courier service.

How quickly will my order be ready?

Orders will be ready within 24 hours of being placed.

Do you offer any training or help on how to use the device?

Our team can provide technical support on your device should you need any help.

What if I have problems with my device during the hire period?

Please contact us and we will endeavour to fix the problem or replace the item.

Are the devices insured when hired to our company or does additional cover need to be taken out?

Insurance is an additional cost that can be taken out when placing an order.

What accessories will be provided with the device?

All original accessories will be provided, such as power cables, chargers, keyboard and mouse.

What happens if the devices are returned late?

You will be charged a day rate for each additional day the item has been kept for.

What payment gateway is used with the POS system?

We use WorldPay as our POS system on our iPad hire for events.

What happens if the the device is lost or damaged whilst in my possession?

Items lost will be charged at the full retail value, while damaged items will be charged the cost of repair if no insurance has been taken out at the time of ordering.

What is the minimum and maximum period that the devices can be hired for?

We specialise in short-term MacBook, iMac and iPad hire for events. Our services are ideal for events and conferences where you require the devices on a one-off basis but don’t wish to invest in purchasing them permanently.

The minimum period for hire is 1 day, while the maximum is 1 month. Longer durations can be arranged if required.

Can I buy the devices I have hired from you?

Please contact us regarding this, depending on circumstances this may be possible.
